The Consortium, alongside with Health Service, as well as other institutions and the local community, takes an active part in safeguard of right of citizenship and of life quality of each minor individual, favouring the family as a more appropriate environment for the minor to grow in. This activity is carried out through an active security and social protection systems, characterized by the integration of interventions and of social services.

The main activity of the Consortium consists of the following:

• reduction and removal of individual, family and social discomfort,
• valorization of roles of parents, relatives and solidarity among family members,
• expansion of solidarity network and reciprocal assistance among families,
• promotion of initiatives regarding prevention and elimination of the phenomenon of abuse and of mistreatment agains minors,
• support foster care and adoption.

Access to the services

...is carried out through estimation of the need in order to guarantee appropriate and personalized interventions and services,

...estimation of the need is a fundamental condition to give an access to services on cost-free basis or with a minimum of contribution.

...is being completed by preparation of a personalized project, which is discussed and agreed with the individual and his/her family.
